They carefully summarized the experience and lessons learned from the previous development, further explored and studied the characteristics of the new catalyst and its production control parameters, and the factory and workshop repeatedly optimized the new product development plan, laying a solid foundation for the successful development.

During the six days and six nights of trial production, the members of the development team, regardless of day or night, were almost all concerned with new product development. In a group of three, they worked with the shift. Some of them forgot to go back for a rest even when they had to take a rest, until they were asked to "take a compulsory rest".

Wide distribution metallocene polyethylene is the main product of this development, as well as three film materials used in the field of packaging film. It is reported that the substitution of products for imports will have obvious social benefits, and its market benefits are relatively good, which will bring new opportunities and space for manufacturers to optimize product structure and create benefits.

The market has proved that the metallocene polyethylene pipe material developed by Qilu Petrochemical before is a "treasure product", and this upgrade is more likely to be a "market darling". This new product is mainly used in the field of building floor heating pipes. Since its development and production a few years ago, the factory has continued to improve product performance and quality. The current market share is more than 40%, replacing imports. When the product is hot, the supply is still short of demand.
